This service does not replace clinical monitoring or emergency medical care. It is focused on everyday observation and communication within the non-medical caregiver role.
Caregivers are expected to notice concerns, document services as required, and report meaningful changes to the appropriate supervisor.
Good communication between clients, families, caregivers, and leadership can help the company respond more appropriately when needs change.
Individualized Service Planning
The exact tasks provided during visits depend on the client’s needs, preferences, household routine, caregiver scope, and written service plan. Not every client needs every task listed on this page, and support can be adjusted when needs change.
Communication and Reporting
Caregivers are expected to communicate respectfully, document services as required, and report meaningful concerns or changes to the appropriate supervisor. If a client begins needing support outside the company’s non-medical scope, leadership may discuss appropriate next steps with the client or family.
