This service is focused on routine household tasks connected to the client’s daily living needs. It is not intended to replace heavy-duty commercial cleaning, major home maintenance, or specialty services.

Caregivers focus on areas used by the client and on tasks that contribute to comfort, organization, and basic safety.

Household support can be combined with personal care, companionship, meal support, or other services depending on the client’s individualized needs.

Individualized Service Planning

The exact tasks provided during visits depend on the client’s needs, preferences, household routine, caregiver scope, and written service plan. Not every client needs every task listed on this page, and support can be adjusted when needs change.

Communication and Reporting

Caregivers are expected to communicate respectfully, document services as required, and report meaningful concerns or changes to the appropriate supervisor. If a client begins needing support outside the company’s non-medical scope, leadership may discuss appropriate next steps with the client or family.
